Other "take care of me" things come into play too. Maybe I shouldn't have mentioned chores, because that's part of it (although when you're not living together, I don't really think you should do the other person's chores beyond things like helping out with dishes or cleaning the bathroom once in awhile when you visit/stay over), but not all of it.

Average looking guy at the most, I guess...Quiet, laid back, very easy going!...Somewhat easy to get along with!..Very low maintenance type of guy!...Not one of those loud, rowdy.

You take what people say too literally. Maybe she didn't truly "enjoy herself" enough to see you again and was just saying that to let you down easy. 1. oberkeat, how do you know the woman truly "had fun" on your "decent" first dates? If you've ever gone on a first date where YOU weren't feeling it--but wanted to be a good sport about it anyway--you'd get this point. This is probably the biggest part of what you are missing.
