The biggest thing I can think of is the fact that I have no children and a lot of older men do, especially the ones that I have been interested in lately. Does the fact that we don't share that huge, life-changing experience automatically proclude me from being a potential long-term dating interest? I have always been open to the idea of being with a man who has children, young or grown, and would welcome that challenge in a heart beat.
