As for him not liking couples things, I understand why that's frustrating, but consider the contrary: my boyfriend has never flat-out stated that he's not a fan of couples-time. Instead, he goes and feels uncomfortable the entire time.

In which case I'd say it's not really to do with her, but rather with what you know of your boyfriend (but aren't willing to admit to yourself)... I don't know, but maybe you relate to her in some way.
