You hit the nail on the head as well, if you make her aware that you know, it will only cause her to step up her game of covering her tracks. Even if she doesnt, the fact that she is aware of these profiles but wont take them down is still a bad sign. What is the point of bringing that up to her tho? She's lied to you before, she will do it again if she has to.

Unfortunately, the situations you've stated are not an option as far as spending time, especially when I consider the hours I work, commute, etc. I can understand that if it did, and it'd be much easier to come to terms with. Her work does not require 65 hrs/wk, and that's the issue.
