I have work colleagues now that come and go but in the main, my friends have been the same for years. To be honest I had my friends by the time I was out of school and college.

Whatever the reason, if it annoys you, if it offends you, that's all you need to know and be done with those people. I think it's irrelevant why someone behaves this way and to try and figure it out would be just a big of a time waster.

I'd imagine they are just showing off their bodies.
