and now... Really really depressed. I finally pushed her away from me and asked her why she was acting this way.. Until last minute. anyways I felt like she had someone who she wanted to come over but hadn’t heard back from? She’s done things like this before... after calling the police and then deciding not to press charges I just feel angry but more than that. Super depressed.

Or am I just looking for a reason to reject guys? To rephrase my question: Is it ok to reject a guy, because he is overly interested in you right from the beginning?

I like to help out when I stay with him but he insists that I'm a guest and I shouldn't have to do anything. Now I have a guy who not only cooks, but does the dishes afterward.

therapy might help just be glad that your boyfriend loves you enough to stick around even with that stuff... Sems like you might have some selfesteem and self worth issues...

And it doesn't mean that we want a woman who is rail thin either, there's a whole lot of wiggle room in between those two extremes. That's pretty true.
