I can pick things about my body that I don't like, but I'm not necessarily a freak of nature because of those things. Meaning: they're not THAT BAD. LOL She's saying they are soooooooooooooooo bad when they might really not be THAT bad.

From what I've seen, far from drawing the line at taking that attitude with girlfriends, hustlers can be particularly cynical in the way they use the women they're romantically involved with. There's a certain type of guy I've encountered in life - been out with one of them myself, and seen friends hook up with them now and again too - who is what I'd term an amateur conman.
