I was upset by it, since I don't feel like she should be talking to someone who is clearly into her. All fair points. This was the first time they talked in like two months. However, last week she messaged him and they talked for a little bit since her brother got in an accident and he was asking her about it. I brought it up o her, but she told him she had been ignoring up to this point, that she is not interested at all, and that she is happy with me.

Like I said, I hope to become an active philanthropist when I get to that level, but until then, I will explore the territory and learn as much as I can about where the greatest need for social improvement lies. Very cynical and short-sighted view, IMO. People who can create wealth can afford the free time to do what they love, including being generous with their time and good energy. People who know how to make money are usually very smart -- and smart people learn how to be among the best at anything.

You're only adding to that probability with each day you allow him to remain in the dark. The act in and of itself is grounds for breaking up.
